Guest guest
And I just can't believe that it's that they don't care. I wonder if it's that they can't?? How could a grandma not care about her grandson serving in another country? I wonder if it's that it's too painful to care? On the other hand, I get that same reaction from my mother regardless of what I'm talking about; how painful can it be to talk about a corn on my foot?? I love your description of our voices being like static; that is right on. I do feel like I'm just white noise in the conversation.
