Strawberry-Banana Ice Cream

1 quart strawberries, mashed

2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 quarts fat-free half and half (or) fat-free evaporated milk

1 cup fat-free egg substitute

1 cup granulated sugar substitute

1 tbsp vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients, and pour mixture into freezer container of a

1-gallon hand turned or electric freezer. Freeze according to

manufacturer's instructions. Pack freezer with additional ice and rock

salt, and let stand at least 1 hour before serving.
