Hey , I totally know how you feel! I started my new

lifestyle/workout plan 2 weeks ago today, and when i jumped on the

scale last sunday and saw NO change....boy was i disappointed. :(

BUT i was happy because i didnt gain anything!! :) AND i also

measure, and i had lost 2 inches last sunday...so a change in weight

may not show, but it could mean that you're condensing your fat

tissue into muscle. :) Muscle is smaller but is heavier.

*hugs*

you'll notice a change soon enough. :)

,

Don't let it be soo stressful. Just look at what you are doing and see

what you can do to change. Turn how you are feeling into motivation.

Get mad and try harder. Some things to look at: Are you drinking enough

water? Are you exercising enough? Could you cut back on your portions?

Are you eating enough? That's right, if you skip meals or don't get

enough cals your body starts to shut down and losing weight will be

harder.

I suggest going back and reading some old posts. There is lots of

great info. I have posted several in the past about plateaus, getting

unstuck, getting motivated. Reading some of those might help. Just

never give up and be patient. This has to be a new lifestyle. Focus on

behaviors and habits, not just a number on the scale.

Take care,

Gena
