He is a retired police officer and had to have extensive bloodwork completed annually that is how they found it sooo early. He is not sick yet, and when he visits the specialist I believe they will be putting him on the transplant list. I have questions regarding any remedies that may help him before and after surgery. Does anyone know if this is hereditary??
