Ahh sorry you've had the flue. It is soo frustrating just when I'm

getting back on track, working out good, eating better and then to get

sick! I kept saying it's just a head cold but man it really wore me

down. It seems to be clearing up now thank goodness. I hope you are

feeling back up to par soon. Take it easy. The flu takes more out of

you I think.
