Guest guest
Sorry to say, but I was cracking up reading that...here's why. So, my father said that he and my mom use xylitol in their coffee to avoid sugar. I bought some, without discussing it with the health food store first, and used it in the a.m. Within 45 minutes (warning TMI alert)...I felt my abdomen bloating and " things " inside me dropping to my pelvis and well, you know what happened next! I ran to the bathroom worrying I wouldn't make it in time....NOBODY WARNED ME THAT WOULD HAPPEN...WHERE'S THE BIG WARNING ON THE PACKAGE??? Apparently, it doesn't affect my parents that way, which I find hard to believe, because I have been using it for almost two years (much less of an amount, and NEVER if I need to be somewhere in the a.m.!) and it still will do that if I am not careful. Anyways it's good to know IT'S NOT JUST ME...THANKS! Note to Self: Don't make my kids' drinks with this.
