Guest guest
My provigil isn't even working today. A rain weather front is coming in. I just took a 2.5 hour nap. When these systems come in nothing will help. I just collapse. It hasn't hit yet but is about a 1/2 hour away.Shirley Re: Off Provigil and on to Amantadine I'm sorry this med didn't work out for you Sharon. Fatigue is stupid, and yucky and it has cooties! On most days I would (if I could) nap most of the afternoon, then sleep through the night -- but I also find that the extra sleep doesn't seem to get rid of the fatigue!!! so frustrating. But there is often not much else I can do except rest when I feel that way... I started taking the B-12 dots, waiting for the energy to arrive! My doctor called this morning and she is switching me to Amantadine. I won't be able to get it until tomorrow sometime.Without something to keep me awake today I went back to bed at 10 a.m. and slept til 1:30 p.m. MS Fatigue is STUPID!
