Guest guest Posted July 9, 2001 Report Share Posted July 9, 2001 I've got to share my amazement---last night after getting home from a day trip, I threw in a quick load of laundry, forgot to check the pockets, and Matt's hearing aid went through the whole cycle. There was a pack of gum in the pocket as well so when I took the hearing aid out it was wet and sticky, and dead. I cleaned it off and put it in the dry aid overnight, and it seems to be working fine this morning! Whew! Later though, I have to go to see my older son's boss and get his paycheck replaced-it did not survive the washer... and pick off the gum stuck to all the clothes... What a start to the week!
