Work on things that you can keep doing for life. If something isn't working then tweak it a bit, change things a bit. Take it one day at a time. Just work on one thing at a time like increasing activity, water or smaller portions, more fruits and veggies, ect. Think long term, lifestyle. Find what works for you. Don't get discouraged. Just see what you can do to change it. You can do this!!! I have posted an article, not too long ago actually of why weight loss slows down. I'll find it and post it again or you can always go back and read some old posts. There might be something that can help you get things going. Thing is be patient and consistent. Never give up!!!
