All I know is Kirkman's didn't work too wel.

I don't like to talk bad about other products, but let's just say I have used Kirkman's and some other name brands, but not the others you mention. Mindlinx was tons better. I am not affiliated with Pharmax, the company that makes it, just to be clear. There may be other great brands out there, I have only tried about 8. most of Kirkman's have S Thermophilis which is probably why they didn't work well for you. My son has PANDAS as well and cannot tolerate any probiotic with S.thermophilis. We recently started with Cytoflora which does have it and for some reason he's tolerating that very well!!
