Nada's new " thing " is to tell people that I ruined her financially. She told me

that back in 2000 I agreed to buy her house from her and let her life there rent

free, but I renigend (sp?) on the deal. She says I bought her house for 70K (it

was actually just under 80K) and sold it back to her for 149K (it was actually

134K- and 40K of the increased price was for the loan she took out to build the

addition that she lived in. She took the rest out in equity and spent all of it

in a couple of months). I pointed out that her " memory " didn't make any sense,

since when I bought the house I was 25 and unemployed, with 3 children under 3,

and my husband made only $13/hr. My teenaged brothers were still living there,

and Nada says that not only were we supposed to buy the house and let her and my

bros. live there " rent free " but we were supposed to pay EVERYTHING-even the

utilities. I pointed out that it wouldn't make any sense for me to pay ALL the

utilities for 8 people since she was making considerably more than my husband at

the time. She DID pause, like it might have rung a bell for a SECOND, then she

said " Well, I don't know but that was our ORIGINAL AGREEMENT and you screwed me

over. " So, is that gaslighting, or just her being dillusional?
