Some went away on their own but a few were removed by a plastic surgeon which of course left a scar on my face. The path report came back as sebaceous cysts. They started after I had graduated from college as I was starting my first job in a big hospital. I always thought they were caused by my sudden exposure to so many new and exciting germs. At the time these appeared I hadn't been diagnosed with psc yet but symptoms would appear in a few years so it might have already been present. Also my UC had gotten so bad that surgery was perfomred about 5 years before this. Don't know if these are somehow related to psc but thought it was interesting when you said Suzanne was experiencing them.
