>>>today i did great. i woke up, and i got ready for the day, my

parents wanted to go out for lunch. we got ponzarottas which are

like pastry filled iwth pizza toppings, i could only eat half where

as before i used to eat the whole thing and still be hungry. i am so

happy. that was great, drank good water amounts today.<<<<

Hi ,

How good to read all those positive things you're feeling and doing. DO you

want my advice about the measurement bit? Well, ya gunna get it anyway. If it

doesn't feel right don't do it. Concentrate on the positives and you are

feeling great, great, great. Why waste time even thinking about something which

you don't want to do - just like the scale the tape measure only shows numbers

and it can't possibly measure how you feel. Your body is telling you that

you're doing well so don't let a little old tape measure dictate to you.

I loved the idea about scents taking the edge off hunger - does anyone know

where I can buy a chocolate scented room spray or candles smelling of french

fries? Seriously though, I think that this is definitely something to think

about and give a try.

Thanks too for the best wish regarding my job hunting. I'll let you

all know if/when there is any progress in that department.

Cheers for now,

Marie
