Vitamin B12 Test show elevated levels: Stop MB12?

Good evening,all,

We have been giving my son oral MB12 drops and tablets. We were going to also

begin MB-12 shots.

However, we just received some blood tests that show the Vitamin B12 to be 2000

High (range is 250 - 1205). The blood test was from Quest Diagnostics.

My concern is that the Vitamin B12 test does not show what type of B12.

My son has a genetic issue per the Yasko test with his methylation pathway (MTRR

+/-).

What should I do?

Can one overdose on vitamin B12?
