Due to the nature of the question and your responses, please feel free to email me directly at rick@... I am specifically looking at starting and ending pay rates for front office staff and PT's and what do you do once they reach the top of their respective pay scale? Do you just pay them a yearly bonus and keep their pay rate the same? That is what I am used to doing, but want to see what others are doing as well. Do you have a set pay rate increase each year based on previous years income and projected income for the current year or is based on performance? When replying, would also like to know what state you practice in. I am based in California, but would appreciate all responses from those willing to share the information.
