Guest guest
>>>> hello. we are just finished our 3 round of DMSA we are on 3 days off 11 days, not seen anything good or bad yet from that. According to some experts, DMSA can also pull good minerals. You can add supplements to counter this effect. See the Supplementation section on this page: http://tinyurl.com/Autism-Cutler >>>>> Started Nystatin 2 weeks ago, started antiviral two days ago. I spaced them out to see if any negative effects would happen. I agree with your approach. It's helpful to sequence in therapies so that you can attribute changes to the introduction of a particular medication or supplement. Of course, I have not always done this. Started Chinese herbal medicine at the same time as HBOT. This was the last time he spoke in a normal way - was it the tea, the HBOT, or both? >>>> My question is we have been seeing some regression in the autistic symptoms such as repeating things over and over again, hitting and kicking which we had not seen in months, has anyone had these kind of effects from either DMSA or antifungal, anitviral??? - We saw aggressive behavior with chelation. The best explanation for this comes from Anju Usman, M.D. http://tinyurl.com/Usman-Autism Specifically, the DMSA is breaking up the sugar matrix that contains yeast and other pathogens. This dumps a toxic load into the blood stream, stressing the adrenals, and causing headaches. - We saw OCD with antifungal treatments. We knew it was the medication if behaviors increased about 30-60 minutes after dosing. - We saw sad, weepy behaviors with Valtrex. That lasted about 2 weeks. >>>> my son is 6, we have come a long way with speech and understanding it is just the last few days have been so challenging and I hope I am doing the right things for him, I worry he is in distress, we have given activiated charcoal as well but it is hard to space it away from all the other supplements. My boy is 6 also. We have seen improvements in receptive language, but not much in the way of spoken language.
