Thanks for the info. I knew I should have measured the leftover oil. Oh well! Yeah, technically you culd have more servings, but this is a special Italian Christmas dessert and trust me you want the big serving. <chuckle> That is why they are only made once a year. I took my serving on Christmas Eve, and now afterwards I just pick out one or two every so often and 2 day ago I had about 1/3 of a serving.

I am a big fan of splenda and egg beaters, and ICBINB and all that, but would not alter this recipe. I can describe it, I think it would change the taste....it is such a family tradition I woul want to chance messing it up.

I would take a picture of mine, but it looks like a tree that went through the chipper! <lol>

Next year I will take a picture!
