Guest guest
Bill, I am glad you are feeling better. I am taking motrin and muscle relaxer and also higher pain medications (double the dose every 4 hours is what the dr told me to do) I try not take the double dose but most the time the pain is so severe it actual makes me shake so bad so when I take double of the pain medication I don't feel as bad and able to move a little better. I think I was rushing too and that is probably why I missed the 1st step but the second time was just being stupid on my part bcs my body didn't have the strength need to support me down the stairs. Take care of yourself :)MS-Bill wrote: I took a nasty fall a few weeks ago and mine was alll my fault because I was rushing too much. It messed up my left foot a little it felt like a sprain. I know you will be hurting for a while. I took a lot of Advil for mine. I have been feeling a lot better this week. Bill Re: We have a NEW MEMBER! sunny_day_799 Hi, I don't post alot but I want to say welcome to the group. I joined the group thinking I had MS from several doctors but just recently one undiagnosed me so I am going to stop worrying about it. I am married for over 6 years. I have a 21 and 17 year old son/s. I also have two step sons 17 and 13 and a step daughter 12. I really don't know what else to say but I hope you enjoy this group. Guest guest
I can't go up and down stairs normal since I have no balance so I sit on the steps and go up and down like that. It makes for good exercise. Bill Re: We have a NEW MEMBER! sunny_day_799 Hi, I don't post alot but I want to say welcome to the group. Guest guest
What can't fit in a backpack can be hurled. What can't be hurled doesn't need to go downstairs. Guest guest
That is true and can also be dangerous. I have dragged a few long 2x4's and taken them upstairs and I am always surprise I can get it done sometimes. I am impatient especially when I want something done and no one is around to help out. Not being able to do the simple things any more is my biggest anger having this MS. Bill Re: We have a NEW MEMBER! sunny_day_799 Hi, I don't post alot but I want to say welcome to the group.
