Have you removed offending foods? Those are commonly associated with toe-walking, in addition to yeast. Dana
Guest guest
Milk and Dairy -- She had been GFCFSF for 1-1/2 years and that had no effect. Now she is on the HNI Enzymes and enjoying milk products without any bad effects. Some people say that low tryptophan can cause toe-walking, so I started her on 5HTP today. Thanks,

Guest guest
>Some people say that low tryptophan can cause toe-walking, so I started her on 5HTP today. Are you aware that Tryptophan and 5htp ARE NOT THE SAME, and taking 5HTP is only provides a portion of the pathway from Tryptophan to Serotonin and Melatonin? You might want to do some more investigation as to the value of Tryptophan in helping to resolve the situation...and what might be missing when you use 5 HTP. Guest guest
Yep, she was GFCF for 1-1/2 years. She toe-walked the whole time. Now she is on the ENZYMES and she is able to handle Casein and Gluten. She is still toe-walking. You can understand my frustration, I'm sure. Guest guest
Our five year old walked on his toes quite a bit. After I put him on the gfcf diet I have not seen him walking on his toes. Guest guest
toe walking for us didn't show up until the diet, but that's because i replaced dairy with soy. when i removed the soy all negative autistic-like behaviors left... well until we started chelation. m.l. > > > I heard of a girl that stopped toe walking after milk & dairy were > removed.
