Guest guest
My ENT guy prescribes for me Nasacort Nasal Spray! I also take Chlorpheniramine antihistamine tablets, especially at NIGHT! Not medical advice, just what I do--does not stop the snoring though, as that is usually caused by the natural dropping down of the upper soft palate and that lovely UVULA and the uvula getting in the way of air as one breathes through one's mouth (which we all do) in very relaxed sleep. The only human on the planet whom I have ever known who did NOT snore was my own mother who actually slept the entire night with her mouth shut--and she had terrible sinusitis. Plus, grim determination, even in her sleep. Those little strips that hold the nasal passages open do work wonders for many, but if you notice the commercials by the guy who allegedly "invented" them, boy does HE need sinus SURGERY--like yesterday! Love to all us snorers out there, happily sleeping as others are ready to press pillows over our heads! n --------- Re: (unknown) Oh Akiba...both you and Rob surely are in my heart and my thoughts right now. Wishing and hoping for peace and a healing heart right now for Rob. My mom sounds just like Rob's; she would have said the same thing. He needs to know she is going through alot right now, and will try and push others away in her pain--she probably feels all alone right now; my mom tends to wallow in that and tells people to leave her be when she is going through a difficult time. big, soft, warm cuddly hugs for Rob! always, kate
