Guest guest
WOO HOOO ! That must have been an incredible feeling for you! The meat thing could have been dumping, or possibly stuck. If you felt " a bit off " , most likely dumping. Some people have prob's tolerating red meats in the beginning, for others it's a problem until u try it again just to be sure. I personally have more prob's with chicken, but again, everyone is different. My suggestion would be, try it again in a couple weeks, if same prob happens, you'll know to hold off a bit, and try, try again. Good luck sweetie! Dawn good day all! Good Morning Everyone!!!! Just wanted t say hi and hope all is well with you. I am almost 11 weeks post opa nd have started eating meats, slowly, only ground meats right now. I had a soup with hamburg in it last nite, but them a half hour or hour later I laid upstairs in bad pain and feeling really out of sorts. I'm looking for opinions AGAIN! Do you think this may be from eating meat? I chewed it well. I have a nice pot of soup but am worried about trying it agian if it did cuse it. Oh gosh, one f the greatest things happened to ME yesterday. My neighbor came over last nite and was chatting. She said she looked over in my yard during the day and saw someone there, thought I had company! With 50 lbs off, she didn't even recognize me from a distance!!!! I was just feeling pretty low, and fat, cuse I don't feel thinner yet, so that made me feel pretty darned good : ) My hubby noticed, this past weekend, that I can walk down the stairs, we have old/steep ones, with a lot more ease! I go back to work Tuesday, after 11 weeks off!!!!!! I am so ready to get back! I am bored and I miss my job and friends there.!!!!! Take care all!!! And have a beautiful weekend!!!
