Re: Chiropractors Advertising Physiotherapy

In Mississippi physiotherapy is a protected term. Contact our state board, if

the infraction is in MS. Our state board can/will/and does send immediate cease

and desist letters once you supply the board with the evidence. The evidence is

advertising or website. Chiros in our area have gotten some little love letters

from our State board.

No one will protect our profession but us.

website.

part, " As a result of this review, it was their determination that the acts of

that the chiropractor had removed the advertisement of " physiotherapy " from his

services. So, I'm not sure whether this is a victory or a defeat, but either

way, one chiropractor is no longer advertising PT services in TN!
