Guest guest
I think he has a BIG copper problem and maybe a little mercury problem (though the test doesn't meet the counting rules yet, but it is a bit off). Give him a lot of zinc. At least his weight + 20 in four divided doses per day. Divided doses are really really really really really really important. It is very important to give him his zinc with meals and at bedtime. It is OK to use a little more if convenient dosing isn't commercially available, but don't use less. Also, 1000 mcg of molybdenum a day for 2 weeks, then 500 mg a day thereafter will help. It would help a lot to know his age and weight. Guest guest
hi i have a question why do all the doctors you mention the hair elements test to say they dont believe those those things are accurate. i dont know what to do about this my son had=s so many health problems at times i tell them his lead and cadium are in the red they say what is cadium and dont give him anything for it . he is sick and needs to rest or something along those lines. when he has a respirtory infection, or peptic gasteritis, or reflux is acting up? i dont know i need you guys to come over and talk to me all day lol and give me all kinds of advice. joey
Guest guest
hi i just feel like i am lacking in everything i want to help my family and my friends as well. butit is like i am not talking or they ignore me. i am in this all alone and it igets hard. let me express to you a bunch os stuff that you guys dont kow and may not even be concerned with. i am firm in my belief that god doesnt give you more then you can bare. so i know that but it still gets hard you know. i am 25 i have been married for 6 years yeah. i am religious we follow teachings of god or try to. i have 2 children my 4 year old autisim specturm , worsters drought syndrome, asthma, reflux, alsurs. etc. and a 2 year old who is an albino he is legally blind. but i have been caring full time for two orphans who ihave had custody of for the last 5 almost 6 years . so it gets a bit hectic all alone and guess what i am 25... i live in maryland and i dont know of a support group. bye

I am not sure if I am counting correctly since I am doing it for first time. I am looking for answers for the following questions. 1. Whether I am applying the couting rules correctly to interpret that he doesn't have mercury poisioning? 2. Is there a chance that he can have mercury poisioning even if the counting rules say " no " ? 3. If there is very less chance that he has mercury poisioning, is it ok to treat him with DMSA since some other heavy metals may be toxic for him? 4. Are there any other observations that someone can make from these test results? I'll appreciate if someone can help. thanks Nandini

Whether I am applying the couting rules correctly to interpret > that he doesn't have mercury poisioning? I count that your child is " normal " on all 3 items, indicating normal mineral transport. Close on #2 (3 items in red). > 2. Is there a chance that he can have mercury poisioning even if the > counting rules say " no " ? yes. The counting rules show disordered mineral transport, which probably does not equate exactly to mercury poisoning. Also, it it looking for really abnormal patterns, and it is possible that slight toxicity might have less of this pattern. Also, it is based on statistical probabilities. > 3. If there is very less chance that he has mercury poisioning, is > it ok to treat him with DMSA since some other heavy metals may be > toxic for him? yes, he is very LEAD toxic, and DMSA is the best thing to use for this. One needs to use DMSA for a long time to get rid of lead. Lead is stored in the bones, and detoxes VERY SLOWLY. This is important: lead is very toxic. Also, see info on how to reduce high aluminum: /files/Mercury-Autism%20FA Q http://www.danasview.net/metals.htm He is very high for both lead and aluminum. He also has " yellow " for mercury, so chelating with DMSA, and ALA may be some help. Several other " yellow " toxic metals too. I'm not sure about these (I don't know when yellow is really a problem? Anyway, reducing these metals cetainly will not hurt anything.) best wishes, Moria
Guest guest
Hello , > i have a question why do all the doctors you mention the hair elements test > to say they dont believe those those things are accurate. oh, there are probably lots of reasons. Each doctor would have different reasons. Some don't think mercury poisoning is a " real " problem. Some don't think hair tests are " valid " . Most don't know to look for impaired mineral transport. Their support systems also are unlikely to train or validate anything in this realm, unless they are pretty " alternative " . Maybe other reasons, too. > i dont know what to > do about this my son had=s so many health problems at times i tell them his > lead and cadium are in the red they say what is cadium and dont give him > anything for it . I would guess that your options are either to go to a different doctor or to do something about it on your own. It seems to me that a doctor who does not want to do anything about it is not being much help. This is just my opinion, of course, and I am not a doctor. > he is sick and needs to rest or something along those lines. > when he has a respirtory infection, or peptic gasteritis, or reflux is acting > up? > i dont know i need you guys to come over and talk to me all day lol and give > me all kinds of advice. I probably won't be able to do that. But I do answer posts from time to time. Is there information that you feel you are lacking? Or is it more for moral support? I wonder how you can find that? Where do you live? Any support groups in your area? best wishes, Moria
