Guest guest
Hi Hindy, when I had my ep, I had some pain one week before af was due and remember taking nuprin for it, thinking it was some sort of cramping, then when af did start I was still having that weird pain on the left side and I was thinking endometriousis (sp?) or fibroids or something weird that I'd never had before. The bleeding went on for 2 weeks and I finally called my dr.'s office and they said do a pg test, it was pos. so then we almost knew right away there was something wrong, however it took another week before they did an ultrasound. I know for me anyway, I had bleeding at 4-6 weeks then it stopped only because they had put me on progesterone suppos. for a while. The pain was not to bad however and was off and on...So if you have no pain and no bleeding AND you are feeling sick, I would say in my opinion that is a good sign!! Hang in there! I wish your dr. would do a couple blood tests between now and Tuesday though. Guest guest
Hi Hindy I started getting some cramping about 2 weeks before af was due to show. My ep happened on the day af was due. I know it must be hard but try to think positive. the statistics I've heard are that if you've had 1 ep you've got a 12% chance of having another one, that means there's an 88% chance that everything is fine, those are pretty good odds in your favour. So please try not worry, if you need to talk please get in touch Hey > Hey there everybody... > So far so good > though I still have not had any tests > The moment I feel anything, I get scared its another EP > I am scared at the possibility of going through with another EP > I don't remember though when I first started seeing blood and cramping when > I had my ep > So here I am, 5 weeks along > so far so good > nauseous, but no blood or anything like that...so that is a good sign right? > I go to see the doctor on Tuesday for my first appointment > I am so nervous > > Let me ask you all this > when you all had your ep > at how far alongin the pregnancy did you get symptoms of the ectopic? > I really am getting scared > I wish I had at least a blood test, just so I know everything could be ok > > > Hindy > > > > > >
