Guest guest Posted June 30, 2010 Report Share Posted June 30, 2010 We have just instituted automated calling to remind patients, but have manually called all therapy patients prior to this for the last 2 years. We have had a few people ask us to stop calling, but the majority thank us for reminding them of their appointments. As we start the automated system, all patients will have the ability to " opt out " of being called by checking a box on our initial intake paperwork.
