I read every night before bed for about a half hour. It's part of my routine to help me have a good night sleep and it does help. Between reading and using those Clear Passage nose strips it's really helped. I'm even dreaming a lot. Last night I dreamed someone handed me a blouse that was clearly too small. I argued that it wouldn't fit but they insisted so I finally put it on. I was surprised that it did fit but it was very low cut and showed a lot of cleavage. But everytime I raised my arms they puffed up like the Michelin Man. Weird dream. They say every dream has a meaning but I can't figure that one one. I also dreamed I was "on the lam" because I had taken part in a big robbery. Let's face it. I'm just a weird nut of

some sort :)Sharon This email is a natural hand made product. The slight variations in spelling and grammar enhance its individual character and beauty and in no way are to be considered flaws or defects. nice to hear from you

Lynn~It is always wonderful to hear from you my friend.

I sure can relate to feeling tired, though mine is not thyroid related.

That's wonderful you are reading . I find reading gets me so incredibly

sleepy! If I read more than 15 or 20 min. at a time, I get the double vision

and I start to droop, then drop! lol! I have enjoyed in the past, listening

to books on CD, though I suppose that is the 'lazy man's way' of 'reading',

as it truly isn't reading per se.

You take care. I'd sure love to purchase from you some of the Spasm oil

and the other product that has gone right out of my head right now..duh!

love to you my friend, kate

Do you ever play RS anymore? Hugs Akiba -- Re: nice to hear from you (now dreams, too) Hmmm... GMTA... I read at night as well.. just not right now... I don't have any books that I feel like reading, and am waiting semi-patiently for the next in the series of Earth Children.. I suspect it will take 12 years as well.. Have you read M. Auel's, Earth Children's Series?... It's great... I didn't think I'd like them, especially after seeing the "The Clan of the Cave Bear" movie.... I am pretty sure that I didn't read that book first.. But did go back and read it after reading "Valley of the Horses".. Because the movie was NOTHING like the book.. just like "Gone With The Wind".. as good as the movie was.. wasn't as good as the book itself.. (And Scarlet had 2 other children before Bonnie Blue ... and she has another one if you read the sequel)... But rather than reading now... I do Soduko puzzles for about 15 minutes before I'm ready to sleep... anything to take my mind away from the "thinking" process.. well not really.. because as I fall asleep, I'm still seeing blocks with numbers in them as I'm falling asleep.. but I'm not thinking about.. hmmm... this needs to be done, and I have to do that.. and then spiralling into insomnia.. I think that's because thinking about what needs to be done, I keep telling myself to remember that it needs to be done... when I'm thinking about numbers to put in which spot.. I don't have to remember what I was thinking about.. LOL Oh well.. puppies said it's time to go out.. |}onna P.S.... Sometimes they aren't as bright as I thought they were.. I found out that if they are outside, and giving me a hard time about coming back in (mostly when the neighbors little dogs are out).. if I ring the doorbell.. they come running.. to stand inside and bark at the outside... LOL nice to hear from you Lynn~It is always wonderful to hear from you my friend. I sure can relate to feeling tired, though mine is not thyroid related. That's wonderful you are reading . Not like I used to... :( that's for certain.. Working, trying to learn to interface Visual BASIC and COBOL programs, to make them windows compatible.. Dad's surgery... I need to make some time to play... or get a new brain or something...

Of course I might be having a whole lot more time on my hands again very soon... if my intuition is correct... and it usually is fairly close to being right on the money.. but I suspect that it won't be very long before I'm out of work again... Oh well... what can I say.. I'll be back amongst the unemployed... keeps telling me that I can find another job.. but I know it, and he knows it.. and so does just about everyone else know it as well... Ain't nobody going to hire me.. not with MS... I'm too much of a liability.. (and who knows.. maybe someone told Dianne that as well)...

Sucks to be me today... LOL

Wow, I hope you don't lose your job because of MS, isn't there a law against that or something? Hugs Akiba (p.s. I will be on tonight) -- Re: nice to hear from you (now dreams, too) Not like I used to... :( that's for certain..
