Hello Kim...

I am and live is Southwest LA. I am going to be 35 on Jan.

5th. I know you will get alot of great support here within this

group. They also have assume recipes with the point value.

Are planning to join Weight Watchers? There are some within the

group that do the at home program, some go to meetings, some do other

types of programs. Let me know if I can help...

Great meeting you and I am looking forward to chatting with you in

the group....
