Guest guest
My Start-Stop pedal comes with software that allows you to save .WAV files as Truespeech audio files which have a 15:1 compression ratio. So the resulting files are much smaller. TrueSpeech is built into Windows so you can email the files and anyone with a windows based machine can play them. Will that help? .Wav file transfers Hello All! I need some help. I need to be able to send .Wav files over the Internet to transcriptionists. When I have a 28 minute file it equals 1.65 MB. Obviously, this takes a long time to send as an attachment using dial up. Is there a way I can compress the file? (I already tried win zipping the file, it did not compress it much). How can I create a FTP site? Can I add a FTP download section to my website? Do I need to subscribe to a FTP service in order to do this? I need encryption software to be HIPAA compliant, where can I get this software for a reasonable price? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hope Administrative Assistance 410 S.
