Guest guest Posted May 5, 2010 Report Share Posted May 5, 2010 When creating a policy for sexual harassment and non-discrimination in the medical clinic setting, does the policy need to address situations as it relates to patients. The typical policy will speak to fellow employees, supervisors, contractors, etc. Sample policies we have seen do not typically address discrimmination or harassment as it relates to the " customer " or patient, but we are unclear whether it should.
