Guest guest
You can use self-rising flour. I don't have the nutritional info for the powdered buttermilk. As soon as I get it I will post the points for you though!! ~~ you never cease to amaze me! thanx... this is a great idea... wait.. it says flour in that recipe? is that regular or SR? thanx again.. and how many points is this conconction? lOL Re: Z: Recipes for Zephyr & Jenn. Oh!! Bisquick does have other ingredients and it cooks up differently than flour. You can make your own baking mix using self-rising flour... 7 cups flour1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda3 tablespoons baking powder1 envelope rapid-rise yeast1/3 cup powdered buttermilk Combine all ingredients and store in a glass jar or plastic ziplock bags. Can be stored in the refrigerator. Fork-stir ingredients before measuring. Can be used in place of Bisquick in any recipe when you want to save fat grams.
