Guest guest
Hi Mike, Our policy covers any person on the premises including staff, patients and visitors and designates how policy violations are handled with each. Also remember that for licensed staff there is usually language in the practice act that covers all or part of rules and consequences of criminal behavior including sexual harassment or inappropriate relationships. The typical policy will speak to fellow employees, supervisors, contractors, etc. Sample policies we have seen do not typically address discrimmination or harassment as it relates to the " customer " or patient, but we are unclear whether it should.
