All 5 of them! lol I still can't believe that's it, just 5 and these tiny scars/lines other than that you'd never know I had anything done to me! It did take me a little longer to get my energy back but I'm sure it was due to having 2 surgeries. I had a gastric leak & had 2nd surgery to repair it. I had my energy back at 3 weeks post op. Guest guest Posted May 14, 1999 Report Share Posted May 14, 1999 Kathy T (Alaska) I just had my surgery last Monday and I am getting my staples out tomorrow (Sat). Since you're having your surgery on Tuesday, you'll probably get them out the following Sat. Post-ops who have had surgery on Wednesday have to wait until the following Sat. week.
