oh yes i sure would.. in fact i already do:) I am still waiting for the

breast that is not being nursed at that time to realize it and not let down

with the other. I can hold a cup under the breast that is not being used

and gather anywhere from 1 - 2 ounces just from it going by itself.

LOL! I was like that too with my first! I went through the nursing pads! I

finally bought the washable kind.

We bought me a manual pump the night before I met with the lactation

consultant that told me I had mastitis. It worked, but not very well.

Supposedly my Medela pump can make into a manual pump, but I would rather

not try to hand pump again.
