Hi Luz and Ed,

We use a shower head from Kirkman with a wand, it was kinda pricey but it lasts

for a long time. I have used cheaper ones and it really works great for getting

out the chlorine etc... I even got a home test kit to test it myself.

As for the bath, since we can't afford the entire house filter (from 500-800

bucks-Kirkman and other brands) we got a long hose so it could reach into the

tub across the room for while. Then, I found this " bath ball " on greennest.net.

You hang it off the tub spout. It works really well.

Hope this helps, hope all is well with you. You both were a great help for me at

Autism One last year with a question about GFCF.

Have a great week,

W.
