Thank you so much . I did the fat formula and found that only 29 percent of the calories come from fat. That is marvelous! I'm going to make this with other desserts on Christmas Day.

I wish WW would put the nutritional information with their recipes - many people like to keep track of more than just points!! Here you go...

Butternut Squash Salad with Curry-Apple Dressing

2 1/2 pounds butternut squash2 tablespoons vegetable oil2 tablespoons apple juice2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar2 tablespoons red onion -- chopped1 teaspoon curry powder1/2 teaspoon sugar1/4 teaspoon table salt1/8 teaspoon black pepper1 tablespoon parsley -- fresh, chopped

Per Serving: 136 Calories; 5g Fat; 2g Protein; 25g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 106mg Sodium. Exchanges: 16 1/2 Grain(Starch); 0 Vegetable; 0 Fruit; 1 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates.

Points = 2.5

Using Frozen Squash

Per Serving: 155 Calories; 5g Fat; 3g Protein; 29g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 102mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1 1/2 Grain(Starch); 0 Vegetable; 0 Fruit; 1 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates.

Points = 3

You can use extra virgin olive oil for the same calories and fat per serving.
