Guest guest Posted February 9, 2009 Report Share Posted February 9, 2009 I think I have come up with the perfect morning meal for myself, I tend to eat the same morning and afternoon meals durring the week, and then on the weekend I have oatmeal one morning, anda bagel on sundays( I love bread so this is my weekly treat, with a light 13 carb iced coffee). I eat soup for lunch. Healthy Choice makes some really good ones, Meal= about 32 carbs 1 Light Activia Yoguart 13 carbs- it is one serving of dairy and has real blueberrys in it, and it is good for the colen, which is a nice bonus for us. 1/4 cup of Walnuts 4 carbs- you can cut this in half if you want, I just need something with crunch. 1 Hard Boiled Egg 1 small serving of fruit 15 carbs- again you can lower this if you want, a little real cin- I just mix it in the yoguart- not really sure, but I have been told it helps us, I like it either way Green Tea- best to get bulk, it is less processedWater- I try and drink alot of water Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
