Guest guest
ine, Thanks, I hope I can find one too! This toothache is driving me crazy! " The " earthquake your hubby is referring to was a year before I was born. It was Mar 27, 1964, a 9.1, I was Mar 29, 1965. Anchorage was the worst hit and I live 40 miles north of there. You don't hear as much about the quake out here in the valley. It's weird how the path of the damage goes sometimes. We had a 7.9 in Nov that you could literally see a straight line going East to West for about 5 miles in one area. The area to North and South of it was relatively untouched. We moved here form Minnesota in Mar 1989 and love it. I love the Kenai area!!!! It is sooo beautiful! we go down there a few times every summer. I heard about the wicked snow storm! It looks pretty bad. Our weather has been very very mild this winter. We actually have no snow to speak of and it has been in the 30s even 40s! I'm glad your daughter made it home ok. That is pretty scary. Take care, Gena >
