Non Timed CPT codes - Is there an average benchmark for time to complete

Anyone know of an acceptable national ( or other) " benchmark " for

measuring non timed CPT codes. Codes for evaluation and group TE ( to

name just two) are non timed , yet many organizations benchmark

productivity on time worked/stat
