Hi, n:

Despite our mini heat wave here in the Bay Area, I'm nowhere close to moving yet. While it's very, very kind of my sister-in-law (she's divorced from my brother) to offer to let me move closer to her in land, the heat and humidity there would be much worse for my symptoms.

The relatively mild climate here in Daly City (next to San Francisco) is much better than most anywhere else!
