Pineapple Cottage cheese with peaches Cereal- Honey nut shredded wheat, Blueberry morning Salads- with carrots, tomatoes, peas on them I love veggies just by themselves or mixed in with some meat, rice and soup. Especially broccoli, peas, cauliflower, peppers, brussel sprouts. Egg beaters- I scramble them for breakfast a lot and use them in baking. My favorite meats are chicken and turkey. You can do soo much with them! Salsa!!!! I love it and add it to lots of things.
