Guest guest
Supposedly raw milk from goat / cow / whatever will be more easily digested because the animal's enzymes are still in it. I guess we're lucky in Richmond -- goat/sheep milk is widely available in most of our grocery stores. Also, we have "goat shares" and "cow shares" in town for getting raw milk but I'm waiting for the allergy results (Great Plains tests goat milk specifically) before I purchase a share. Our doctor and nurse practitioner are surprisingly supportive of the raw milk, saying that they believe it to be better for my kids anyway as long as the animal is healthy / well cared for and the bottles used are sterilized. A weekly trip to a goat farm would be pretty fun for my preschoolers and imagine if it helped their health too? - Kati Begin forwarded message:Raw milk (from cows) is supposed to be more easily digested by humans, according to Dr. Mercola.
