Guest guest
Thanks for posting this . To those of you in the Southeast region, we have had great success with treating Lyme at our clinic. A couple of you who are members of this board have children with Lyme who have treated with us. (A prominent Lyme specialist in the area sends patients to us on a regular basis). Two of my daughters have recently been diagnosed with Lyme and are having major improvements with HBOT @ 2.4 ATA. Call with questions at any time!! We have a great section on our website devoted to Lyme. In fact, it is probably about the only way to totally eliminate the critters. Antibiotics are only successful in the very early stages and by the time it is finally diagnosed the spirochettes are usually too well embedded. They are very sensitive to oxygen and go to the very ends of the capillaries to embed. Therefore, it takes higher pressures than most neurological conditions to eradicate. Usually, 2.3-2.4 ata are required and it normally takes 60 or more sessions. There are 3 or 4 centers across the USA who I know have been very successful with Lyme. Mitch Hoggard of Chico Hyperbarics started his clinic because of his son who had Lyme. He is in CA. There is also a center in PA. and a lady in NJ who is very experienced in HBOT for Lyme. If you go to www.hbotproviders.com you can get the contact info. You do need to go to someone who is experienced and knows how to properly handle the herxing (die-off) because it is one of the side effects but is a part of getting rid of Lyme. This is the only known totally successful method of getting rid of this beast which will be with you and cause multiple problems for the rest of your life. It is especially important to get rid of Lyme in a child. Make a commitment and do it right with experienced professionals. At Miracle Mountain, we do not treat Lyme because we do not go to the pressures needed as ours is a multiplace chamber where everyone is treated at the same pressure. If someone tells you they can treat it with a soft chamber at low pressures without 100% oxygen, they simply want your money and don't know what they are talking about. A very good person to talk to about this is Connie Waltz and her number is Toll free . Mention my name if you don't mind. She is very knowledgable about Lyme.
