My goal is to encourage my staff to educate both physicians and consumers on the services they offer. I have very well educated, skilled therapists that work for me. In an effort to increase revenue, I am considering offering incentives based on productivity and/or billed revenue. Is any one doing something simliar? Any suggestions or thoughts?
