Hi, My name is .My husband and I started w.w. together on Nov.10,2002. I

had been following the diet for a few weeks before though.At the last meeting in

Dec.I had lost a total of 11.5 since Nov.10.I also quit smoking on Dec. 4.2002.I

found that I was not losing any weight even though I was following pretty

strictly.So I stopped going and concentrated on the smoking while still

following the diet. My husband continued to go by himself and has done real

well. He has lost over 28 pounds so far. Tonight is our regular meeting night{we

are both life time members from way back,so we usually go every other week}and I

think that I might be ready to attend again and weigh in.I know that I still

have not lost any weight since Dec. but I also know that I have not gained.I

still am not smoking-83 days quit--so maybe now I can put more energy into the

diet. My husband does well because he only eats what I give him.I have to do all

the planing,cooking and compiling of points for us both. I am writing because I

like this group and might write every now and then. Wish all of you good weigh

ins and health.
