A Reminder to All

I would like to remind everyone that while it is not appropriate to make

comments of a

negative nature to someone on the list, neither is it appropriate to send them

private

comments of a negative nature in response to something they posted on the list.

We are

here to SUPPORT each other, remember? Such action will be cause for removing you

from the

list. If you don't like something someone said, please contact one of the

moderators. If

you don't know who they are, then just post a message to the list and ask that a

moderator

please contact you. Please know that your moderators do monitor the list and

take action

when necessary - but they may not let the list know about it.

In a recent case where something disrespectful was said, I did take action, and

was very

impressed that there were no comments on the list about it - which is how it

should be. I

even commented on this to another moderator, saying I was proud of the list and

that I

felt it was a milestone. I'm very disappointed to learn that the comments were

made off

list to the person who posted the message.
