Guest guest
Cheryl and Stevie -- I'll be glad to help you in any way I can. I went to a clinic called Medical Weight Management Center, and found them through the Society of Bariatric Physicians. They put me on a great diet, lots of powdered drinks and soups, and low calorie and carb, high protein pasta and oatmeals. They also had power bars. My goal was to eat 100 - 120 grams of protein a day, and could supplement my meals with salads and steamed veggies. It wasn't the easiest thing I ever did, especially through the holidays and my birthday, but it was worth it. The whole thing cost around $400 for the six weeks, but I considered it money well spent, and they took back my unused food and gave me a refund. It's worth checking out the Society's web page to find an MD near you who could help. I lost 21 pounds in six weeks, and was very happy with the results. I'll pull the rope -- you guys just hold on and get a grip! Nan _______________________________________________________________ Get Free Email and Do More On The Web.
