Guest guest
I'm doing an OP note: Left upper extremity fistulogram and left subclavian vein percutaneous transluminal angioplasty. Under indications, the surgeon says: " Patient has chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis via left upper arm AV fistula graft. He has had poor s/l KT over V (or maybe KP over V) and high venous pressures and is now brought to the operating room for diagnostics and intervention. " Huh? Anybody know? Jan jantranscribes@...
