Guest guest
FINDINGS: There was a (s/l retroflect) hemorrhage noted in the tight proximal ICA stenosis extending for approximately 2 cm from the bifurcation. The parotid gland was lifted superiorly and the common facial vein was identified and ligated (s/l torsene) using 3-0 silk ties and surgical clips. Any help would greatly be appreciated. TIA.
