Guest guest
Actually, Topper, I'm scared to even acknowledge that I'm feeling better because, in the past, everytime I have, it seems like that's when things start getting worse! So I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop now too! Today, I'm actually feeling some soreness in my muscles from doing some lifting yesterday. For me, that's a big improvement because, for a long time, I didn't feel any strength or soreness or feeling in my muscles. I think, for me, treating the adrenals has made a big difference. So I'm cautiously optomistic, but still very guarded in letting myself actually enjoy the improvements. I guess it's a protective thing from being let down so much in the past. But I do know that I feel *A LOT* better than I did just 2 months ago. Here's hoping it continues!! Thanks again to everybody here!!! And, hopefully, as I become more confident in what works for me, I'll be able to help others here as you all have helped me. Debbie > Debbie... thanks for sharing the good with us....
