WW is NOT a diet

I've seen so many people refer to WW as a 'diet'. It really isn't.

It's all about changing your attitudes about food. It's great you've

decided to work out, I applaud you.

However, if you don't change your eating style, will it really be effective?

If you keep feeding your body junk what performance will it have? (I like

to think of it as changing from a watered gas to a premium fuel.)

They teach you how to eat.

Did you know for the first time in history, part of the RDA calculation

includes " calories out " ? The recommended daily value of exercise is " 20

minutes a day. " Sound familiar? It should!

<*steps off soap box*>

Sorry to sound so preachy, but I'm not on a " lifelong diet " ... I'm

following a behavior modification plan.
